Website Redesign

I led the redesign of Bristol Township’s official website, which replaced the Township’s 2003 site that provided only the bare minimum information required by law. The new site is modern, user-friendly, and mobile-responsive. It improves navigation, expands online services, and meets accessibility standards. I collaborated with staff, community stakeholders, and vendors to create a platform that reflects the Township’s values while making information easier for residents to find and use. The redesign supports transparency, improves service delivery, and strengthens community engagement.

Brand Modernization

I led Bristol Township’s rebranding initiative, which introduced a modern logo and established PRIDE as the Township’s core values—Partnership, Respect, Integrity, Diversity, and Excellence. The new visual identity reflects a forward-looking municipal government while honoring the community’s character. By embedding PRIDE values into the rebrand, we created a unified message that guides employee culture and strengthens trust with residents. This work provided the Township with a consistent, professional image that supports transparency, service, and community engagement.

Bristol Township’s Original Seal

The Bristol Township seal is a traditional heraldic-style crest that symbolizes the Township’s history, identity, and values. Two golden lions stand on either side of the shield, each holding it up with their front paws. At the top, a bald eagle spreads its wings, symbolizing strength, freedom, and pride.

The upper banner reads “Bristol Township - 1692”, marking the Township’s founding year. The lower banner features the word “PRIDE” at the center, with “Independence” and “Prosperity” on either side, reflecting the Township’s guiding values.

Bristol Township’s New Logos

The Bristol Township logos pay homage to the traditional seal while presenting a simplified, contemporary identity.

The original seal features two golden lions holding the shield. Each of the logo variations highlights the lions as central visual elements, preserving this historic symbol of strength and protection. By keeping the lions prominent, the logos echo the dignity and heritage of the Township. The new logos use deep blue and gold—colors rooted in the seal’s shield and banners. This continuity in palette ties the new branding back to the Township’s history while presenting a cleaner, more versatile look.

The PRIDE variation highlights the Township’s PRIDE values (Partnership, Respect, Innovation, Diversity, Excellence) echoing how the original seal’s banners emphasize Pride, Independence, and Prosperity. This ties the modern values framework back to the historic motto.

This new branding creates a strong bridge between Bristol Township’s history and its forward-looking identity.

Employee Evaluation & Development Process

Customer Request Management System Implementation

I created Bristol Township’s employee evaluation and development process to foster accountability, growth, and organizational effectiveness. The process includes structured performance reviews, with options for 360° feedback, to give employees clear and constructive input. I designed the framework to help department leaders set goals, align expectations, and connect employees with training and mentoring opportunities. By building this system, I established a consistent, fair approach that supports employee development while strengthening the Township’s overall performance.

I led the implementation of Bristol Township’s Customer Request Management System to improve how residents and staff submit, track, and resolve service requests. The system replaced outdated, manual processes with a centralized, digital platform that increases transparency and accountability. I collaborated with departments to map workflows, configure service categories, and train employees to use the new tool. The system makes it easier for residents to engage with the Township, while giving staff better tools to respond quickly and track progress. This project improved efficiency, enhanced communication, and strengthened public trust.

2026 Municipal Budget Redesign

I collaborated with Executive Leadership to rework Bristol Township’s entire budget process, shifting from a traditional line-item format to a project-based budget. This new approach links resources directly to strategic initiatives, providing clearer accountability and a stronger connection between funding decisions and community outcomes. I helped design the framework, guide staff through the transition, and ensure the new format was transparent and easy to understand for both decision-makers and residents. The 2026 budget redesign established a more effective, goal-driven process that supports long-term planning and improved fiscal management.
