Finance and Service Delivery Improvement: Collaborated with Township Department Heads to redesign Bristol Township’s budget in six months into a program-based format that improves clarity for elected officials, staff, and the public; Strengthened sewer utility operations by consolidating fragmented duties into a full-time Sewer Utility Clerk position, improving workflow consistency and resident service.
